Michael Friedman, a top retail real estate professional in the New York tri-state market, formed Inline Realty in 1995. Mr. Friedman single-handedly manages some of the country’s premier retailers, including the Gap, Chico’s and Ann Taylor.
Michael has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in chain store representation and lease negotiations in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. To date, he has completed over 900 chain store transactions with his national retail clients, including White House Black Market, GNC, The Finish Line, Payless ShoeSource and Old Navy.
Michael is a member of ICSC and is a licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
Michael graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1989. He received a Bachelor of the Arts in History.
